Celebrate Christmas in Warren and visit a local home in Warren Township that is super festive for the holidays!! There are 30,000 LED Christmas lights synchronized to music using over 3000 digitally controlled channels. The light controllers are all home made as are many of the lights and other features. Each light is individually programmed to display a number of effects using Vixen Software. The lights run nightly 5-10PM weather permitting, from Dec 1 - Dec 31.

The mysterious Uncle Drosselmeir brings his niece, Clara, a very special gift, a Nutcracker. After the family has gone to bed, Clara sneaks downstairs to see her gift. As the clock chimes twelve, the adventure begins! Clara and the Nutcracker, who is really a prince, journey through the Land of Sweets, battle an army of mice, sail on the Lemonade Sea, rescue the Sugar Plum Fairie and finally reclaim the Prince’s crown from the Dowager Mouse Queen and her inept son. It’s a delicious holiday treat for the entire family! Storybook Land in Egg Harbor Township is where Santa comes up his chimney to wave his magic wand to light the spectacular display of thousands of lights for the Holiday Season. At 5 pm, through December 23, Santa will light the Park and he and Mrs. Claus will be in their chalet to greet children (weather permitting). The display of more than one million lights will be open to visitors through December 30 (weather permitting).

This December marks the 22nd Annual Gingerbread Wonderland. What started as a small display of gingerbread houses has now become an incredible 10-day exhibit of over 200 edible structures. We’ve seen everything from the Notre Dame Cathedral, grand pianos, Chinese pagodas, and Hanukah menorahs to Santa’s workshop, the Eiffel Tower and the Jersey Shore. Over 15,000 guests kick off their holiday celebrations with a visit to this charming and ecumenical exhibit. Each Saturday from 1:00 to 3:00 pm the folks from Sculpted Ice Works will be here demonstrating their ice carving skills outside in the Cottage Garden. Each Sunday, The Hickory Tree Chorus will greet you at the front entrance singing carols from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. Holiday shopping is easy at our Gingerbread Wonderland Craft Show, now in its fourth year. Cost: $2 donation per person gains entry to both the Craft Show and Gingerbread Wonderland Join the festivities during Historic Holidays at Fosterfields Living Historical Farm in Morris Township during the afternoons of December 7 and December 8 from Noon to 4 p.m. Experience a 1920s Christmas with the Woods family who lived in the Farmhouse. After a wagon ride to the farm, explore British baking, and decorating traditions. Meet the farm animals, and help with chores.
Stop at the Visitors Center for more fun activities, including exhibit viewings and craft making. There will be photos with Santa from 12 pm to 3 pm at the Music Pier on December 3, 4, 10, 11, 17 and 18. There will be free horse and carriage rides in front of city hall from 12 pm to 3 pm on December 3, 4, 10, 11, 17 and 18. Don't miss the Winter Holiday Spectacular at the New Jersey Children's Museum in Paramus. Each exhibit will be festively decorated and on December 10, 11, 17 and 18, kids can listen to holiday songs, special stories and watch puppet shows - and meet Santa. Admission is $14.99 per child and $10 per adult and for additional fees, kids can participate in special activities including meet-and-greets with princesses and a holiday craft.
