The Wildwoods 9th Annual Family Holiday Celebration begins Friday evening December 9 with the Greater Wildwood Jaycees’ Christmas Parade. Registration begins at 5:00pm at the North Wildwood Recreation Center (10th and Central Avenues). Lineup begins at 5:30pm and the parade starts promptly at 6:00pm. The rain date is Sunday December 11.
The festival begins Friday evening following the parade, with the Tree Lighting Ceremony. Then crowds gather inside the Wildwoods Convention Center to warm up with hot chocolate and cookies and acknowledge the parade and the business decorating and lighting contest winners at the Award Ceremony. The celebration continues all day Saturday with family fun, pictures with Santa and holiday bazaar. The Snowflake Parade
Millburn Avenue between Holmes and Spring Streets Sunday, December 4, 2016 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM The Snowflake Parade and Family Fun Festival will be on December 4th at 1:30pm. The parade will be held on Millburn Avenue between Holmes and Spring Streets. There will be professional bands, clowns, costumed characters, and refreshments after the parade. From 11am-3pm, visit Santa today at Yogurt Oasis, a photographer will be on hand, a $5 suggested donation. Then at 6pm Somerville's Annual Fire Truck Holiday Light Parade will travel through downtown Somerville. The Somerville Fire Department proudly announces its 2nd annual Holiday Lights Parade, starting at 6 pm. Prizes will be given out for the best decorated fire and emergency vehicles, personal floats and vehicle, and best decorated houses and/or business along the parade route. There will be a Parade of Lights starting at 7:30 pm December 9 in Collingswood. Fire trucks and floats decorated with lights will start at Zane Avenue and head to Homestead Avenue. Santa will be on the last truck to greet children and spectators. Hotsy Totsy will be strolling the Avenue singing from 7 pm to 9 pm.
Holiday events in Clinton include the Annual Christmas Parade at 7 pm Dec. 2 with more than 40 floats, live performances and Santa's arrival. On December 15 from 6 pm to 9:30 pm, enjoy shopping and the festive atmosphere of the historic district with horse and carriage rides (for a small fee), caroling, and luminaries lining the streets for that special holiday glow. On December 18, Santa is back in town from 1 pm to 3 pm on Main Street.
The parade, which always take place on the first Saturday of December, will be on Dec. 4, 2010 from 5 pm to 7 pm. The parade, under the direction of Parade Lady Charlotte Daily, starts in West Cape May at 5PM sharp from the WCM Volunteer Firehouse and marches South on Broadway, winds East on Perry, and onto Carpenter Lane in the City of Cape May.
